NC Training Grants now available

Training budgets are slimmer than ever. One source for training grant money is the North Carolina Incumbent Workforce Development Program, which provides grants of up to $25,000 per year for employers. The next application deadline for local employers ranges from September 15-22, depending upon the county.

2010 TEA Wage & Salary Survey Now Available

The 2010 Wage & Salary Survey is now complete! This year we had 208 companies participating. With over 300 benchmark job titles, this is the most comprehensive report on local pay practices available. Members who participated in this year's survey have recieved their complimentary copy of the final report and can receive additional copies for just $30. Members who were not able to participate in this year's survey are invited to purchase a copy of the final report for $250.
