The 2011/12 National Pay Trends Survey was conducted as a joint effort of members of The Employer Associations of America (EAA) across the United States.  Using employee data provided from our members, along with employee data from a number of other Employers Associations throughout the U.S., the 2011/12 National Pay Trends Survey provides employers with the pay adjustment practices for  over 4,000 U.S. employers.  The member rate for the 2011/12 National Pay Trends Survey is $20.
