New Posting Requirement! GINA Notice Available

Updated "Equal Employment Opportunity is the Law" poster includes information about the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008 (GINA), effective November 21, 2009. GINA requires that companies post a notice to inform employees of their rights.

2010 National Executive Compensation Survey Participation Now Open!

Happy New Year! We invite you to take a fresh look at our National Executive Compensation Survey. We’ve made extensive changes to the job descriptions, as well as other areas, and have increased the total amount of titles from 34 to 47. This will be the 35^th edition of The National Executive Compensation Survey which contains data from co-sponsoring employer associations across the country.
