The Employers Association (TEA) conducts safety audits for organizations of all sizes and industries through our safety partner, Occupational Safety & Environmental Associates (OSEA). These safety audits are designed to ensure that companies are in full compliance with state and federal safety laws and regulations. OSEA visits the organization’s facility and does a mock OSHA audit to evaluate compliance and make recommendations. OSEA is also available for safety consulting to help employers handle the audit results and make necessary changes. Members of TEA receive a discount on OSEA services. OSEA offers an ongoing series of public safety training classes at TEA, and custom training classes are also available.
