Wage and Salary Survey

The Employers Association (TEA) conducts a local area wage and salary survey in the spring of each year. The survey covers over 300 benchmark jobs and more than 275 area companies. Data breakouts cover regions, industries and company sizes. The survey provides information on weighted averages, percentiles and formal ranges for each job.
Areas covered by the survey include:
- Manufacturing
- Maintenance
- Service and Retail
- Accounting and Financial
- Office, Clerical
- Information Systems
- Engineering and Design
- Human Resources and Administration
- Laboratory and Quality
- Sales and Marketing
- Healthcare
Members who participate receive a complementary copy. Non-participating members may purchase a copy for $250. Nonmembers may purchase a copy for $500.
National Wage & Salary Survey (2008/2009 Survey Now Available!)
The Employers Association, in affiliation with the Employer Association Group (EAG), participates in a national wage & salary survey covering 92 benchmark jobs. This survey is published in the winter each year. For any organization with multiple locations, this survey is a useful compensation tool. This data will assist you in determining the appropriate pay differentials based on your locations, as well as targeting localities for future business ventures. The breakdown of three general survey categories is as follows:
- Office, Clerical & Technical Positions
- Supervisor & Professional Positions
- Production Trades Positions
Members may purchase a copy for $250. Nonmembers may purchase a copy for $500.

National Executive Compensation Survey
The Employers Association, in conjunction with the Employers Association Group (EAG), participates in a national executive compensation survey, covering 34 executive level jobs. The data is broken out by region, industry type, and total company sales. Executive perquisites and benefits are also surveyed to provide information on the overall executive compensation package. A sampling of positions surveyed is as follows:
- Chief Executive Officer
- Chief Sales Executive
- Chief Engineer
- Chief Human Resources Executive
- Chief Operating Officer
- Chief Marketing Executive
- Chief Information Officer
Participants may purchase a copy for $125. Members who did not participate may purchase a copy for $250. Non-member, non-participants may purchase for $500.
