Policies & Practices Survey

The Employers Association’s Policies and Practices survey is the most comprehensive report available on local and regional human resources practices. TEA conducts this survey on a biannual basis. With nearly 300 in-depth questions, this survey covers a wide variety of topics. Data is broken out by company type, company size, and type of employee.

Members who participate in the survey receive a free copy. Members who do not participate may purchase a copy for $125. Nonmembers may purchase a copy for $250.
